To enjoy free shipping on eligible orders, please select “Free Standard Shipping” at checkout. Parcels eligible for free shipping are usually delivered in 1-7 business days, depending on stock availability and shipping destination. All inventory is located in the Mississauga warehouse. All shipping uses standard shipping rates and mediums. Please note on the order if your shipping address differs from your address noted on the order.
Packages are typically delivered to your door. If the shipper is unable to deliver to the location specified a notice of where you can pick up the package will be left at your location. You should always receive a notice when this happens, and you'll need to collect your package from the pickup location. The location of your collection point will be chosen by the carrier at the time of shipping will be in the general vicinity of your delivery address. When a carrier is not able to leave your shipment safely, and does not offer local drop off points, they will contact you to arrange delivery using the contact information you have provided.

All rates noted are using standard shipping with Canada Post or standard rates with other courier companies. Rates apply to Canada and the United States only. International deliveries will have separate rates apply, please contact us for details.

Troubleshooting
Wrong item received/item damaged
If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll ship a replacement, or you can return that item and we’ll refund you. If you accidentally receive something you didn't order and are charged for it, return the item for a full refund.
Item Returned to Sender
Items may be returned to us if the address is incorrect, or considered undeliverable by Canada Post. If your order is returned to us, you’ll be fully refunded (including shipping) once we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship undeliverable orders.
